Is This For You?

This is for you if you're a man in midlife living with ADHD — diagnosed, suspected, or just starting to wonder — and you're tired of productivity advice that doesn't account for how your brain actually works. You've got something specific you're stuck on: a task you keep avoiding, a decision you can't make, a pattern you can't break. You've tried willpower. You're ready to try something else.

What You'll Walk Away With

This isn't a lecture. It's 60 minutes built to leave you with something real.

  • A clearer picture of a pattern that is quietly running the show —one that you've maybe blamed on laziness or a bad week, that are actually just how your brain works
  • A simple reframe you can use the next time you stall out, so you're not stuck fighting yourself
  • One specific, doable next step for the thing you've been stuck on — not a 10-point plan, just the next move
  • A breakout conversation with other men who get it, without having to explain yourself from scratch
  • A clearer sense of whether more support — and what kind — makes sense for you next

Why I Am Running This

I grew up "sensitive" — smart, but wildly inconsistent. Locked in on what interested me, checked out on everything else, and no one around me had a name for why.

Then twenty years building a career as an independent technology consultant for nonprofit organizations. Real accomplishments. Also a quiet, constant sense that I was leaving things undone — frustrated, a little broken, incomplete, even when things looked fine from the outside.

I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was 48. Working with a coach after diagnosis was the first time someone actually saw how my brain worked, instead of asking me to force it into a system built for someone else's. My systems got better. I got better.

I'm running this because I spent decades managing a life that didn't quite fit — and I know exactly how much changes once you finally have the right map.

Workshop Format

Here's exactly what to expect — no surprises, no pressure to perform.

  • Welcome — We start easy. A quick way to introduce yourself in the chat, so you're oriented before anything else happens.
  • The Pattern — I'll walk through what's actually going on with ADHD in midlife — the patterns most men never learned a name for — and how to start seeing your own.
  • Breakout Pairs — Small groups of two. You'll talk through where you're stuck, guided by a simple structure — no winging it, no cold-open vulnerability.
  • Share-Back — Back together as a full group to surface what came up — you'll only share what you want to.
  • Wrap-Up — What to do with what you just found, and what's next if you want support carrying it forward.

Small group. Live on Zoom. Just you, a handful of other men, and 60 minutes that might finally make sense of something you've been carrying alone.
