Willpower is a Fuel Tank, Not a Strategy

In your 20s and 30s, you could compensate for an ADHD brain. You leaned on high intellect, worked late into the night, and ran on pure, unadulterated adrenaline to bridge your executive function gaps. It wasn't pretty, but it worked.

Then midlife arrived.

  • Career stakes and professional complexities got significantly higher.
  • Marriage, parenting, and aging parents began demanding steady emotional bandwidth.
  • Administrative clutter compounded exponentially.

Your brain didn't get worse. The sheer volume of adult demand simply outpaced your executive function capacity. Brute-force willpower stops working after 40. And when willpower fails, avoidance sets in—not because you are lazy, but because your nervous system is overwhelmed and your operating system is broken.

The Anti-Course: Why We Do This Live

If you are an adult with ADHD, you probably have a digital graveyard of video courses you bought, got excited about for three days, and never finished.

Passive information does not work for our brains. We need engagement, real-time problem-solving and action.

That is why this is not a pre-recorded course. There is no homework to feel guilty about. You show up live to learn a concrete executive function framework, and we immediately apply it to real-world friction in your business, career, or home life alongside peers who get it.

The 8 Week Game Plan

8 live, 90-minute sessions focused on real-time execution and building routines that fit how your brain actually works.

Week Topic Live Focus & Implementation
1 About ADHD & About Your ADHD Understanding how the ADHD brain is driven by interest rather than importance. We will explore why finding motivation is a mechanical challenge—not a character flaw—and map out exactly how your specific ADHD patterns create daily roadblocks.
2 Finding & Using Your Strengths Shifting focus away from what you feel you naturally do wrong. We will use personal strengths inventories to stop forcing typical workarounds that do not fit, and start building routines based on how your mind actually works.
3 Investing in Your Brain Looking at the core daily habits that fuel your brain, including sleep, exercise, nutrition, time outdoors, and connection. We will assess your current battery levels and pick one high-impact area to improve without overhauling your entire life.
4 The Brain's Operating System Breaking down why midlife feels so overwhelming as responsibilities pile up. We will look closely at why starting tasks, managing time, and remembering details get harder, and turn those insights into practical adjustments for your daily life.
5 Breaking Through Barriers to Action Shifting from putting things off to actually getting them done. We will apply three practical tools—Clarity, Connection, and Strengths—to break down stuck points into ridiculously small, doable steps so you can finally move forward.
6 The Stories We Tell Looking at the stories you tell yourself about your struggles. We will separate your actual ADHD traits from heavy self-criticism (like "I'm lazy" or "I always drop the ball") to help you write a fairer, more accurate story about who you are.
7 Environmental Design & Frictionless Systems Changing your surroundings so you do not have to rely on willpower. We will redesign your physical workspaces and digital habits to automatically remove distractions and protect your focus.
8 The Maintenance Protocol & Sustainable Momentum Building a realistic, long-term rhythm for your life. We will create a simple reset plan for when things inevitably get busy or fall off track, helping you maintain momentum without sliding back into burnout or avoidance.

This is you if...

  • You are a man 35+ living with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) and feel like the demands of midlife have outpaced your old ways of coping

  • You are tired of white-knuckling through the week and relying on last-minute panic or adrenaline to get things done.

  • You want practical, realistic ways to organize your work, manage your energy, and stop dropping balls at home or work.

  • You want a small, confidential room of guys who get it—without having to explain yourself from scratch.

  • You are ready to show up live, speak candidly, and test small adjustments in real time.

This is NOT for you if...

  • You prefer self-paced, pre-recorded video courses. Every session in this cohort is held live and unrecorded to maintain an interactive, confidential environment .

  • You are looking for a rigid, one-size-fits-all planner system. We focus on discovering what naturally works with your wiring rather than forcing conventional productivity templates .

  • You are navigating an acute personal crisis or seeking clinical treatment. This is a coaching group focused on daily executive function, not medical care or psychotherapy .

  • The Tuesday meeting time does not fit your schedule. Because the room is capped at 8 to 10 men, live participation is what makes the coaching and group dynamic work .
